Terms & Conditions For Rentals:

By renting our product you agree to these terms and conditions:

Payments: We offer 2 payment options: All the payment is due up front or SHOP PAY which splits it into 4 payments.

A refundable security deposit is required for all rental orders.

The security deposit is based on the rental subtotal as follows:

The security deposit is separate from the rental price and does not reduce the amount owed for the rental order or services.

The security deposit must be paid in full no later than thirty (30) days before the wedding or event unless otherwise stated in writing by Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC.

Failure to pay the required security deposit by the stated due date may result in cancellation of the rental order or withholding of rental items from delivery or release.

Following pickup and inspection of all rental items, the security deposit will be refunded within seven (7) business days, provided all rented items are recovered in the condition in which they were provided, excluding reasonable wear and tear resulting from normal and intended use.

Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC may deduct reasonable and documented charges from the security deposit for damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized movement, unauthorized transportation, unauthorized disassembly, alterations, misuse, improper handling, or other violations of this Rental Agreement.

If a deduction is made, Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC will provide the Client with a written description of the damage, loss, missing item, or applicable charge.

The security deposit does not limit the Client's financial responsibility.

If the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing damaged, lost, stolen, or missing rental property exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the Client remains responsible for the remaining documented balance.

Normal wear and tear resulting from the proper and intended use of rental items will not be charged against the security deposit.

Disclaimer: By renting our floral arrangements you understand that though some of these flowers look real, and are named after real flowers, some of them are in fact artificial, and therefore only resemble the real flower for which it is named after, or referred to. 

Balance due must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the wedding/event. If payment of balance due is not made, flowers and decor will not be ordered, and this contract will be closed at the determination of Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC. If Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC determines the contract can still be fulfilled after this date and you wish to continue the contract, there will be a 10% fee added to the balance due and an additional 10% fee for each 7 days that the balance is late. Any extraordinary costs incurred due to the late payment will be passed on to you.

Additions less than 30 days prior to the wedding/event, will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the wedding/event and must be paid within 24 hours. No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available and pricing will be determined according to what is available. Color and style will be matched as closely as possible.

Substitutions: Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers or decor received are not of the quality suitable to wedding/event. The integrity of the proposed look and color scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC will inform you if a dyed flower is being used and will not be held liable for staining to any garments due to their usage.

Terms: At the time of the initial retainer, adjustments can still be made to the invoice. Large additions and subtractions are accepted up until the balance is paid in full. There is a guaranteed minimum payment of 85% of the original proposal. Any liability on the part of Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC is limited to the full refund of monies paid minus the retainer fee.

Due to fluctuating flower prices, price increases may occur and will be passed onto the customer if their rental includes fresh flowers. The customer will be notified as soon as Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC is made aware of these increases. Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC will send the customer an invoice for the additional cost, to be paid within 30 days of the event. 

Price is for 1 setup/location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. If you need any item moved from the ceremony, to the reception, or anywhere else. An additional moving and setup fee will be required. Our arches, arbors, pillars, and backdrops are very large and do not fit through normal doorways. They have to be dissembled, which will require our movers and/or florist to remove the florals, dissemble the item, transport it to the new location, then reassemble, and re-apply the florals. We require our own team to move any items. This is due to insurance reasons, which will not cover anyone outside out team to handle our items.

Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space.

All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM, and delivery within 5 miles of our warehouse.  Pickups past 9pm will incur an additional fee. The delivery cost for orders outside of 5 miles is typically $1.50 a mile, but will be determined based off of location and whether or not it involves setup from our movers and/or florist. Please email us and we can give you a quote for this price based off these two factors. 

Any pickups past 9PM are subject to a late night pickup fee, which can be found below.

Product Handling: No rentals can be left outside overnight, including the altars, arches, or backdrops of any kind, as well as all floral arrangements. The arches cannot be in the rain due to damage. If there is rain coming and the arch is outside we will come get the arch early.  No one is allowed to transport, take-down, or move our product without prior written approval.

Care and Maintenance: You agree to protect and preserve the rented items during the rental period and to use them only for their intended purpose. You will be responsible for any damage or loss of items due to the negligence or improper use. Any damage incurred to our product beyond natural wear while renting our items will be charged to your card in the amount of 2 times the rental price of the item. If an item is not returned within the rental agreement period of time, you will be charged 4 times the rental cost of the item and will be allowed to keep the item. Your credit card information is safely stored and will be deleted once the items are returned. 

All décor must be communicated to Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC  to preserve the consistency of wedding/event. Any décor for the wedding/event not provided by Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC is not to be guaranteed by Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC even in cases where Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC items are integrated. In such cases, any alterations deemed necessary will be made to preserve consistency and Forever Florals by Bonnie will be blameless.

Liability and Indemnification: Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage related to the use of the rental items. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC harmless from any and all claims including but not limited to those of third parties, arising out of or related to the use of the rental items. 

Venue and Location Limitations: Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC  is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the responsibility of The Customer; Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC will offer technical recommendations only. Reimbursements will not be made for unused items due to venue limitations not communicated to Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC.

Cancellations: We require a 90 day cancellation notice, otherwise your retainer cannot be partially refunded. In the event of a war, fire, tragedy, pandemic, natural disaster, or other emergencies within 90 days of your wedding/event, we will move your retainer free of charge to another date. 

Retainers will not be refunded in full, they will exclude the payment processing fees, as well as any time we spent in communication with you, the time spent forming this proposal, any time spent working on your event preparations, fees charged by our banking institution for refunds, and may include the fees associated with us making this available online for you to rent online. 

Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC feels that the obligations cannot be met. Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC will credit the amount paid, minus any actual costs incurred up to that point that Forever Florals by Bonnie, LLC informs you.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules [including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection]. The arbitration hearing shall take place in Salina, KS before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
